Our Take

The Propfundsy view on Alpha Futures

Alpha Futures is in the middle of a genuine trust event, and traders considering it should know the details before signing up. On July 12, 2026, the firm discontinued its Premium plan entirely - stating it had paid out more than $25 million on that plan in two months at a loss - and simultaneously lost its NinjaTrader and Tradovate integrations after the platforms ended their partnership. Traders on the Premium plan had their accounts closed and fees refunded, but multiple independent reports indicate pending payouts earned under that plan were not honored, which is the more serious concern. The Zero and Advanced plans continue on paper, still offering a 90% split from day one (Advanced) and weekly payouts up to $15,000 per request, but every trader is now migrating to Alpha's in-house AlphaTrader platform rather than the third-party rails they originally signed up for. Until Alpha demonstrates it is honoring outstanding payout obligations and the new platform proves reliable, we'd treat this as a firm to watch from the sidelines rather than fund through right now.
